Investing in primary care in the community will reduce the burden on our hospitals and increase their capacity to serve patients whose treatment must take place at a hospital.
Renovating the two existing hospitals will reduce the burden on the public hospital system by gaining efficiencies and expanding capacity.
Building an adult Level I trauma hospital will address critical service gaps and lessen the burden on Ben Taub, expanding emergency services to residents in Northeast Houston.
